In Private Sessions, we explore your unique inner world together.

You can choose 50 min or 80 min of my full attention, deep listening and navigation assistance.
​
I offer two kinds of sessions that you can read about below:
1) Altered state chats
2) Energy work 
​
If you'd like to meet in person, I'm in Cividale, Italy. Email me to set something up.  Otherwise, schedule a Zoom session below, at your convenience.
 
My international Zoom clients get scheduling priority over my local clients, who kindly accommodate the occasional distance requests.

How to Book

Decide how long you'd like to chat: 50 minutes or 80 minutes. Need help deciding? Read below.

02.

My calendar will pop up. Choose a date and time that work for you.

03.

At the time of booking, pay with a credit card or bank account via Paypal.

04.

You'll automatically receive a Zoom link in your email and we'll meet online at our scheduled time.

05.

You may reschedule as needed, provided you do so at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled date.

2 Kinds of Sessions: Pick One

You can choose one of 2 formats for our work together.

If you have a preference, please let me know at the start of the session.

If you don't have a preference, when we talk, we'll choose a direction together.

  • You lay down in a comfortable place in your own home and take a little rest.

  • Place your computer where I can see you.

​

  • I look and feel into your energy field.

​​

  • I listen to your instructions in your field, and do what you request of me.

​​

  • Then we talk about what I saw and did, your perceptions of the work, and what this might mean to you.

  • I help you relax into a light trance state with my voice

  • We continue to chat whilst in that trance state.

​

  • As the body communicates, it's common to see images, colors, beings, and experience peculiar subtle physical sensations.

 

  • We follow what arises, and allow shifts from this bodily knowing.

How to Choose Which Kind of Appointment You'd Like

Energy Work

If you're tired, and don't want to think about your issues and you just need someone to help you feel a little better, a little relief, a shift, you might want an energy work session.

These sessions are good for people who feel really stuck and at a loss and talking about it doesn't help or doesn't seem appealing. 

When there is no new insight or movement coming into some issue, it can be useful to directly peer into a person's energetic makeup for what is frequently surprising information.

During an energy work session, you just lay down, take a little nap while I go and see what's going on in your energy field.  Read more here

Guided Chat

During altered state chats, I help people access their own bodily-based wisdom and navigate their inner world.

It's like a therapy session but we focus less on your thoughts and feelings. In fact, we actively try not to get wrapped up in the mind's arbitrary stories about things.

Instead, we relax into a light trance-like state to reduce the mind's hold on us, so that we may query the body and listen to what arises freshly and authentically there.

The thing about bodily-based knowing is that, it's usually non-verbal or pre-verbal. At first, it comes forth in vague sensations, colors, images, shapes, and gestures. It's as if your soul wanted to communicate with you through a living, shifting, work of art within.

We give this process unhurried attention and let the soul express itself, bringing a sense of relief or calm and frequently, insight. It can take a little practice to reorient to this way of moving through issues and life in general. Read more here
